In our decades of work with professional organizations, we have discovered a commonality of needs among them despite a wide diversity in mission and style. Information of substance must be conveyed on short notice by people who are generally not "technical" experts but who nonetheless have time-sensitive and critical knowledge to share with the membership. Dues and event fees must be collected and accounted for if organizations are to remain viable. Volunteer board members are overloaded in their own professional and personal lives and simply do not have the time to adequately maintain communication networks by simple email, phone, and "snail mail" methodologies that were sufficient in the past. Yet communication among members is too vital to be left to chance, and organizations that do not stay in touch and "feed" their constituents tend to erode and eventually dissolve over time.

Our unique products—such as online event posting and member registration, the ability to quickly upload articles of interest to the membership, a self-serve job placement service, and online meeting minutes that can be distributed to a Board or the entire membership with a few mouse clicks—have proven both easy to use and extremely useful to existing T.B.A. clients.
